Ageles Carnival

Argeles Village carnival
A lovely family day out. As with many French towns a villages the various groups and societies have a day of celebration in the form of a carnival. Argeles village is no exception and holds a carnival in February.
A parade of floats and music goes through the streets for a couple of hors in the afternoon. The quality and standard of art is not at question here so even the naff floats are a joy to behold.
My advice, get there a little early to find a place to park, pick a good spot with a vantage point and take your own confetti.
