In my opionion the best, widely avialable foie gras. There are some butchers that do better but this is avilable in many supermarkets.

Very, very fishy, I think that this is made fish leftovers. Despite this the taste is good, but the texture is somehwat 'flour-ey'. I think tere are ground bones in it.
